Feature codes are preset key sequences and special numbers you can type into your touch-tone keypad. The system will respond with interact voice prompts.

Check your airtime balance- Dial this number to have your airtime read back to you. You cannot top-up, but you can listen to the amount played back to you.

Pin protected dialing- This allows you to enable or disable pin protected dialing. Before you can complete an outbound call the system will ask for your voicemail pin, only then will the call be dialed. Pick up the phone, and dial as per normal - when the system prompts you, enter your voicemail pin.

Voicemail- Universal voicemail access number. Pick up the handset, dial *85, and follow the voice prompts. This allows you to record your voice mail greeting, access recorded voice messages and set your voicemail pin.

Call Divert- Divert all calls. When enabled, the system will divert all your calls to another number. This menu allows you to enable and disable call divert including setting up the divert-to number. Note: Diverted calls are charged to your account and at standard calling rates.

Voicemail Admin- This allows you administrative settings like enabling and disabling voicemail. Also allows you to change the timeout setting before the call is sent to voicemail.

Music on Hold- Test the music on hold. This feature just allows you to listen to what your friends will hear if you put them on hold. You cannot change this music.

Audio Test- Audio quality and latency test. Pick up the handset, dial *99, and follow the voice prompts. Will play pack everything that you say buffered by only a second. Useful for testing your audio settings, codec, microphone, and also line quality.
